Responsibilities

The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the collection and safekeeping of County revenue.

Citizens can pay the following at the Treasurer's Office:

• Annual Personal Property
• Mobile Home
• Machinery and Tool Taxes
• Real Estate Taxes
• Vehicle License Fees
• Annual Dog License

Payment Options

• Mail - Mail check or money order to:

• Online and/or Phone - Payments may be made online via ACI Payments or call 833-398-6729.  ACI does charge a fee for these services. Enter Jurisdiction Code 6215 and your complete 11-digit bill number. 
• In-Person - Pay in person at the Treasurer's Office, located at:
  Veterans Memorial Building

  2nd Floor, Room 221
  Stuart, VA 24171
  • Payments can be made in the office by cash, check, money order or credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. Card must be presented by the cardholder.  (There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments).
• Drop Box - Located outside the door of the Patrick County Veterans Memorial Bldg.  Do not put cash in the drop box and be sure to include your bill with your payment.  Please also  include your telephone number in the event we need to contact you regarding your payment.
