Transfer Station

The Patrick County Transfer Station's main goal is to ensure the safe and quick reception of the county's solid waste and recycling needs of the Patrick County Citizens. We are committed to:

The Patrick County Transfer Station makes solid waste collection more efficient and reduces overall transportation costs, air emissions, energy use, truck traffic, and road wear and tear. This saves you and our community money, as well as lowers the cost of your solid waste management services. Responsibilities

The Patrick County Transfer Station accepts waste from residents, businesses, organizations, and solid waste haulers and ships it to out-of-area landfills. The Transfer Station also accepts recyclables for appropriate transfer out of the area.

Tipping Fees

All commercial waste must be weighed. $69.25 per ton (prices subject to change), commercial, industrial, and construction. $135 per ton on tires.
