The Patrick County 2027 Reassessment field work began on September 22, 2025. Residents may notice county assessors working throughout the county.
Letters are being mailed to property owners when assessors have been unable to access a property due to “No Trespassing” signs, locked gates, or dogs.
If have received a letter stating your property was inaccessible, please contact the Reassessment Office to schedule an appointment at 276-693-2035.
