The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the collection and safekeeping of County Revenue. Citizens pay annual personal property, mobile home, machinery and tool taxes, real estate taxes, vehicle license fees, and purchase of annual dog licenses at the treasurer's office.

Payment Options

Pay by mail - Mail check or money order to: Patrick County Treasurer, PO Box 668, Stuart, VA 24171.
Payments may be made online or by telephone via credit card at www.acipayonline.com or call 1-833-398-6729. Enter Jurisdiction Code 6215 and your complete 11 digit bill number. NOTE: ACI does charge a fee for these services.
A Drop box is installed for your convenience for check or money order payments ONLY located just outside our office door. Please do not deposit cash or coins in the drop box. Pay in person at the Treasurer's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 221 Veterans Memorial Building, 106 Rucker Street, Stuart, VA 24171. Payments can be made in the office by cash, check, money order or credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. Card must be presented by the cardholder. (There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments).
If you have received a Personal Property or Real Estate Tax Bill and have questions about your assessment or need to report a change, please contact the Commissioner of Revenue’s office at 276-694-7131.
