Starting March 8, 2023 PSA payments will no longer be accepted in-person at the Town of Stuart’s office, nor will payments be accepted at P.O. Box 422.
Starting March 8, 2023, all in-person payments should be made at the Patrick County Treasurer’s Office in Suite 221 located in the Patrick County Administration Building at 106 Rucker Street, Stuart VA. Business hours at the Treasurer’s Office are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding state holidays. After hours payments can be made by placing your payment in a secure Payment Drop Box which will be located outside and adjacent to the glass doors of the Administration Building’s main entrance which faces Rucker Street, please do not place cash in the Payment Drop Box. All mailed payments should be addressed to: Patrick County PSA, P.O. Box 6, Stuart VA 24171. Bill payments by credit card will be accepted in the Treasurer’s Office, a 3% fee will be added to all payments by credit card. Please note, you will be assigned a new account number beginning with your March bill.
Additionally, if you need to contact the PSA regarding account inquiries, service issues, or maintenance needs, please call our business office at (276) 694-6094, please do not contact the Town of Stuart. All in-person business matters can be conducted at the PSA’s Business Office which is located in Suite 218 at the Patrick County Administration Building, business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding state holidays. After hours emergency contacts may be made by calling (276) 692-7326.
